After asking for an updated Chapter listing from the folks at NORML,
I was informed that all that information is copywritten and I should remove it.

So I removed EVERYTHING that even resembles promotion for the missguided folks at NORML.

I also encourage other sites to do the same.
Apparently getting the information out is of far less concern than generating traffic to thier site. And that smacks of conflict of interest.

I am therefore calling on you the average joe to boycott thier site, and all events associated with NORML.
